First we use a special Cold water cleaner and spray the solution on to the awning at Low pressure, allowing it to sit for a few minutes, than we start washing from the top to the bottom.
This will remove all dirt, algae, black streaks, bird droppings extra.
This washing is important to maintaining the integrity of the surface. It will usually restore some of the color if not all. Vinyl fabrics get oxidation on them just the same way as your homes siding does. Fabrics can not breath and dry out properly with all the elements on them, leaving them dirty will also take out the colors on either type of awning.
Call the best to clean and maintain your awnings, do to their location you may have to wash them more than once a year.
