On board our state of art and one of a kind 16ft Hot and Cold Water Systems, we have a 500 gallon water tank, we also have a 35 gallon chemical tank, two 200' pressure lines, 185' water line, 50 gallon propane tank (safe on the environment) 20 hp engine to run the 3500 p.s.i low pressure pump. Plus a generator and lights for night time work. This insures that we can handle most any tasks. We arrive to the job site with a full tank of water and we leave with a full tank.

House Washing: We apply the cleaning agents to the fascia, soffit's and siding, this will remove dirt,oxidation and algae from these surface. The wax we apply will help dirt from adhering as fast to the surface. A special gutter cleaner that also acts as a brightener / whitener is used on the exterior of gutters and and downspouts.
Do not have a water supply? No problem we have the water but we would charge you a water delivery charge.
We also specialize in rust removal from siding and from sidewalks, we can remove it from brick and some stone. Ask us about this specialized service! Another specialized service we offer is roof cleaning, no need to replace your roof ask us how we can remove black streaks and algae from your roof without damage to the roof. We also specialize in awning wash, to remove dirt, alage & bird droppings with our special awning wash blend.
We also do oil spot removal from Drive-thru's and on any other concrete surfaces ( SEE OIL ) in our photo album. We remove all the excess of oil just leaving a light stain on the concrete, which eventually will lighten in color.
On other concrete surface we remove gum, pop, coffee & dirt from sidewalks on Commercial & Residential properties. Cold water will not remove these objects from the concrete. We also use concrete cleaner, using surface cleaners and pressure nozzles we can remove most anything. We have a 24'' & 22'' surface cleaners that will clean from sidewalks to large patios, garage floors etc.
New equipment always being added to our fleet to keep anything you have outside washed. We can usually wash anything, just ask.
